Welcome and brief overview of OpenDreamKit (Nicolas Thiéry, 10 min)
- Consortium (45 min)
- 3 minute presentation of each site by its leader (main themes, expertise, resources, status of recruitement):
- self-introduction of each participant (involvement in particular projects, specific expertise or interests).
- Administrative aspects (Eugenia, Benoît) (1 h)
- Important administrative points: reporting, … (10 min)
- Review and discussion of the main aspects of the Consortium Agreement (1/2 h)
- Governance: choosing the members and chairs of the various committees (advisory board, …), as per the proposal (20 min)
